What are the responsibilities and job description for the Field Services Technician position at Seattle Vacation Home?

Perform basic maintenance repairs (lightbulbs, batteries, clogged drains, etc.)
Diagnose maintenance problems (appliances, plumbing, electrical) and perform repairs or facilitate hiring of specialist.
Mow lawn and complete small landscaping projects
Paint
Assemble furniture
Troubleshoot in-home technology
Frame and hang décor

Salary : $18 - $25
