Position Description
The Redhawk Ambassador serves as the enthusiastic face of Seattle University Athletics, creating exceptional NCAA Division I guest experiences at select athletic events. This part-time, event-based role combines guest services with light security duties, perfect for outgoing community members who bleed Redhawk red and want to be part of something bigger.

Compensation At a Glance
Hourly Salary Range: $22.00 - $22.50 per hour.
Seattle University has provided a compensation range that represents its good faith estimate of what the University may pay for the position at the time of posting. The salary offered to the selected candidate will be determined based on factors such as the qualifications of the selected candidate, departmental budget availability, internal salary equity considerations, and available market information, and not based on a candidate's gender or any other protected status.

- Welcome and assist guests with genuine enthusiasm and institutional pride.
- Provide directions, information, and support throughout events.
- Monitor crowd behavior and enforce venue policies in a friendly manner.
- Engage fans to enhance their game day experience and build lasting connections.
- Coordinate with event staff and contracted security as needed.
- Represent Seattle University with pride and professionalism as part of our ambassador community.
- Comprehensive training provided before starting.
- Part-time, event-based schedule.
- Hired on a rolling basis.
- Free admission to all Seattle University athletic events.
- Join a community of passionate ambassadors.
- Outgoing personality with excellent people skills and life experience.
