Work below surface of water, using Self-Contained Underwater Breathing Apparatus (SCUBA) and/or Surface Supply Air (SSA) gear to plant, harvest, maintain, survey, inspect, repair, remove, or install shellfish equipment, devices, and structures. Must have SCUBA certification.
