The Sales Manager - B2B Growth will drive business expansion by identifying, pursuing, and nurturing B2B partnerships and sales opportunities for our products in the Pacific Northwest. This full-time, on-site role based in Redmond, WA, requires managing and growing relationships with wholesale clients such as cafes, grocery stores, and restaurants. Daily responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, identifying new market opportunities, conducting client presentations, and collaborating with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless fulfillment of client needs.
- Proven B2B sales experience with skills in client relationship management and account development
- Proficiency in sales strategies, negotiation, and market analysis
- Ability to create and deliver impactful client presentations and proposals
- Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills
- Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently
- Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer applications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including listening and problem-solving abilities
