Resurgence Management is growing its home improvement team and hiring an Entry Level Team Member to help Seattle customers prevent damage with Leafguard. The Entry Level Team Member will lead customer outreach, guide residents through simple choices, and maintain steady activity, building long‑term trust in our brand.
The Entry Level Team Member will conduct assessments that educate as much as they evaluate, helping people understand why LeafGuard's system is worth the investment for their specific home.
Responsibilities of the Entry Level Team Member
- Meet with residents to introduce LeafGuard and explain how it helps protect their home from water damage
- Talk with customers about their current gutter setup and answer basic questions
- Walk customers through simple product options and help them find what works best for their home
- Assist with setting up quotes and scheduling installations
- Represent the brand in a professional but friendly way during in-person interactions
- Learn the basics of the product and continue building knowledge over time
- Work with your team and leadership to hit daily and weekly goals
Qualifications of the Entry Level Team Member
- A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Experience in home improvement or customer support is a plus.
- Clear speaking ability that makes installation processes easy for customers to grasp.
- Willingness to master product details on LeafGuard’s gutter specifications.
Pay: $850.00 - $1,450.00 per week
