Seattle Maintenance Services - Immediate Opening for Account Manager
We are seeking an Account Manager to join our team! You will resolve customer inquiries and offer solutions to drive company revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and train the day shift staff in the building
- Be able to respond quickly to customer's concerns or complains
- Manage and report any issues or performance of employees and report it to management and HR
- Manage consumable supplies
- Make sure safety policies and procedures are followed, report and investigate incidents to management and HR
- Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
- Prospect and contact potential customers
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of the latest developments
- Create sales material to present to customers
- Respond to calls and emails whenever needed
Qualifications:
- A College education is required
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) preferred
- Strong organizational skills
- Able to multi-task
- Ability to work independently
- Be able to nurture prospects and build relationships
- Be able to provide some lead-generation
- Detail-orientated
- Able to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
Compensation: $80,000 plus (DOE)
