The position: We’re looking for a JOB TITLE to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who can lead the design, development, integration and maintenance of a variety of IT applications, including custom technologies and reporting solutions to enhance the effectiveness and overall impact of business operations.

The ideal candidate will have:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
- Four years of relevant experience may substitute for the degree.
- Web or SQL development certifications highly desirable.
Experience:
- 8 years of web development, including AI-assisted tools.
- At least 3 years of .NET development; AI/LLM integration preferred.
- 5 years of relational database and Entity Framework experience, ideally with SQL Server.
- Equivalent combinations of experience, training, and education may be considered.
- Build and support software solutions across design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance, including troubleshooting to resolve performance and data integrity issues.
- Design and develop advanced T-SQL queries and optimized database objects with proper documentation for high-performance SQL Server environments.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and end users to assess business needs and translate them into clear, actionable technical specifications.
- Develop and maintain system integrations using appropriate tools and services to ensure efficient data flow between internal platforms and external services.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of technology, tools, and development processes.
- Participate in developing and implementing goals, work plans, performance measures, and service delivery improvements while working well with others and performing effectively under pressure.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and health rules, standards, and procedures.
