- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a plumbing apprenticeship program or general training and experience as a maintenance plumber
- Valid Washington state driver’s license with a fully insurable driving record
- Valid Washington state plumber’s license
- Install, replace, service, and repair a variety of residential and commercial plumbing
- Accurately record material usage and complete maintenance work orders
- Maintain an adequate supply of replacement parts
- Assist in a program of instructing residents in the care of plumbing systems
- Install and repair lawn sprinkler systems
