Seattle Clinical Research Center is seeking a full-time Clinical Research Assistant to join our research team.
Seattle Clinical Research Center (SCRC) is a dedicated clinical trial investigative site. SCRC has successfully executed hundreds of multi-specialty Phase I-IV medical device and biopharma clinical trials since 1991 and has particular expertise in women’s health-related drugs and medical devices as well as migraine and vaccine studies.
The Research Assistant I (RA I) provides support to Clinical Research Coordinators in daily activities and procedures. Job specifics will vary depending on the area to which an RA is assigned, as well as previous experience in clinical research. An RA may be assigned to work exclusively with one coordinator or may also be assigned to multiple coordinators. There is a constant fluctuation of tasks and workload, which is directly related to the status of each study. There is little to no room for remote work in this position.
Essential Job Functions include, but are not limited to:
· Knowledge of GCP, HRP, ICH
· Understanding relationship between site, PI, sponsor, FDA, IRB and CRO
· Assist with scheduling subject visits
· Recruit/screen prospective study participants
· Complete EDC data entry
· Resolve EDC queries (basic)
· Process & ship labs in accordance with IATA guidelines
· Cleaning and restocking exam rooms
· Assist CRCs with maintaining study logs as needed
· ISF Filing
· Preparing patient charts for visits, including screening packets
· Preparation for monitoring visits (resolve all queries, ensure filing completed, pull charts)
· Unpacking/packing, storing, maintaining study supplies
· Complete study phone calls
· Review subject eDiary data for completion and re-education
· Labeling and copying IP (as directed by CRC)
· Sending and receiving record requests
· Filing back lab results
· Collecting patient vitals as needed
· Assist with archiving closed studies if needed
· Any other tasks listed on “Regulatory, CRC & RA Roles” document
In order to be eligible for this position, you should:
· Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Be detail oriented, organized, flexible, and willing to step in where needed
· Have at least 1 year experience in a healthcare setting

Pay: $25.50 - $27.00 per hour
