The Revenue Cycle Lead provides daily operational support to both the supervisor and the front line staff of the assigned Revenue Cycle team. Activities and responsibilities fluctuate depending on the daily work and the team goals, and can include serving as the first point of contact for questions and escalations, helping to research and resolve problems and issues, training and coaching, developing and maintaining standard process documentation, training materials and job aids, and assisting with work quality audits. Revenue Cycle Leads typically work in production for some portion of their FTE, and cover staffing gaps as assigned.

While this role is hybrid, the candidate must be physically based in WA State.

Required Education And Experience

High school diploma or equivalent experience.

Minimum two (2) years health care revenue cycle experience in authorization, utilization management, health services billing follow-up, financial services/counseling, or payment posting function.

Technical experience in CMS/Medicaid regulations and/or Commercial payer billing requirements.

Concrete experience with applicable process improvement, training, special projects, or serving as a first line resource in the applicable work.

Required Credentials

Preferred

Three (3) or more years of relevant experience.

Formal experience leading or training adults.

Progressive leadership roles/experience.

Compensation Range

$29.16 - $43.73 per hour

Salary Information

This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided.
