The Provider Compensation Manager is a highly skilled individual contributor responsible for the full scope of Children's-employed provider compensation activities, including design, analysis, implementation, and day-to-day operational support. This position serves as the sole dedicated consultant/analyst resource for provider compensation and is accountable for both strategic and transactional components of the function. The Analyst partners closely with People and Culture Compensation, Finance, Legal, Provider Leadership, and Medical Staff Services to ensure market-aligned, compliant, and equitable compensation practices across all Children's-employed provider roles. Required Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field required. Minimum 8 years of progressive compensation experience within a health system or 5 years in management consulting focused on provider or physician compensation. Minimum 2 years managing or leading a provider compensation administration function for a large and complex healthcare organization that included successfully building and executing on that program and/or advising executives on that program. Proficient in the use of market survey tools (e.g., MGMA, SullivanCotter, ECG) and RVU-based compensation methodologies. Preferred Master’s degree (MBA, MHA) or CCP certification preferred. Compensation Range $142,991.00 - $214,487.00 per year Salary Information This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided.
