Site Lead and Forklift Operator

Site Lead and Forklift Operator – Full-Time  

Seattle Boat Company is looking for an energetic, hardworking, eager, and reliable individual to join our marina team as a site lead and forklift operator! This is a full-time, year-round position with benefits.

Compensation: $26.00-$30.00/hour DOE bonuses 

What You’ll Be Doing: 

• Moving boats in and out storage facilities and warehouses using the Marina Wiggins Bull Forklift 

• Offload boat and trailers from transport trucks 

• Working with Service, Marina, and Sales Departments to efficiently move boats when requested  

• Responsible for onsite audits of inventory 

• Organization of site for maximum efficiency  

• Overall site cleanliness

What We’re Looking For: 

• Required: 

• • Must have a clean driving record and clean background check

• • Willingness to obtain Forklift Operator Certification (Seattle Boat will train and certify) 

• • Strong work ethic with the ability to take direction, learn, and deliver excellent customer service 

• • Have a team-oriented mindset 

• • Ability to work with a flexible schedule throughout the year, adjust during busy seasons, and working weekends  

• • Strong organizational and basic computer skills  

• Strongly Recommended: 

• • Boating experience - a general love for being on and around the water
