Funshare & Fuel Dock Crew Member (Seasonal – PT/FT)

Seattle Boat is hiring for multiple Funshare & Fuel Dock Crew Members to join us for the 2026 season.

Seasonal Commitment | April/May – End of August/September 

Compensation: $21.30/hour  

Anticipated Hours: 25-35/week 

Age Requirement: Must be 18 years of age or older  

Location: Seattle & Lake Union Primary, Bellevue Secondary (flexibility to cover shifts at other locations as needed)

What You’ll Be Doing: 

• Provide exemplary service to customers while being a team player with your co-workers 

• Promote a fun and safe boating culture for our boat club members 

• Maintain cleanliness of our FunShare boat club fleet, marina docks, and fuel docks 

• Provide support to lift operators, FunShare members, and fuel dock customers 

• Operate powerboats ranging from 19’-25’ (training provided) 

• Other duties as assigned  

What We’re Looking For: 

• Required: 

• • 18 Years of age or older  

• • Commitment of your full summer 

• • Ability to work a flexible schedule (weekends included!) 
  • Open to working and covering shifts at different locations as needed 

• • Willingness to work summer holidays as assigned 

• • Friendly, reliable, and customer-focused individuals 

• • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn 

• • A good work ethic and positive attitude 

• • Willingness to obtain a Washington State boater safety card 

• • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record 

• • Basic computer skills  

• Strongly Recommended: 

• • Boating experience
    

• • A love for being on and around the water 

• • Prior experience working with POS systems
