Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Belle Chasse, LA, for the position of IT Site Manager. The IT Site Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of IT operations, including network administration, routine maintenance of hardware and software systems, and ensuring cybersecurity measures are in place. Responsibilities will also include providing technical support to staff, troubleshooting technical issues, managing IT budgets, and overseeing the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures to ensure reliable and secure operations for the company’s needs.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in IT network administration, including configuring, managing, and maintaining network infrastructure.
- Expertise in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, as well as implementing IT security measures.
- Experience in managing IT support services and providing technical assistance to end-users.
- Capability to develop and implement IT policies, manage budgets, and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT operations management; prior experience in the manufacturing or oil and gas industry is a plus.
- Familiarity with industry standards and compliance requirements for data and IT systems.
