Key Responsibilities
- Independently manage and execute HVAC installation projects.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute HVAC installations according to project specifications and timelines.
- Conduct site assessments and provide accurate project estimates.
- Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues promptly and effectively.
- Communicate with clients to provide updates and address any concerns.
- Maintain detailed documentation of all installation activities.
- Ensure all installations comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Maintain and manage project materials, tools, and equipment.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC installation.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation techniques, and industry standards.
- Proven ability to manage and complete projects independently.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Must be willing to undergo a background check, drug screen, and physical
- EPA certification and other relevant HVAC certifications preferred.
- Familiarity with California Building Code and state-specific regulations for HVAC installations.
