The Role
We’re looking for a full-time YouTube Video Producer who can take ownership of the entire production process, from idea to upload.
This role sits at the intersection of creative and operations.
You’ll be responsible for developing concepts, managing pre-production, overseeing shoots, and ensuring the final video hits the mark in both quality and performance.
This is not a passive role. You’re in it... guiding the vision, making decisions, and ensuring everything comes together the way it should.
What You’ll Do
- Lead video production from concept through final delivery
- Develop and refine video ideas, formats, and series
- Manage pre-production: planning, scripting coordination, casting, locations, logistics
- Oversee shoot days and ensure everything runs efficiently
- Collaborate with editors to shape pacing, structure, and final output
- Work closely with the team on titles, thumbnails, and packaging
- Track performance and iterate based on what’s working
Who You Are
- You’ve produced YouTube content and understand what drives retention and engagement
- You’re both creative and operational. You can think big and execute details
- You’re decisive and take ownership, not just direction
- You’re comfortable managing people, timelines, and moving parts
- You understand YouTube beyond production. Packaging, trends, and audience behavior
- You communicate clearly and keep things moving forward
Nice-to-Haves (but not required)
- Experience with large-scale or high-performing YouTube channels
- Strong understanding of analytics and performance breakdowns
- Background in directing, editing, or on-set production
- Existing network of talent, crew, or vendors
Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
