Parking Lot Attendant – Part-Time
We are seeking a dependable and customer-friendly Parking Lot Attendant to assist with daily parking operations at our New Jersey ferry terminals. This position is responsible for helping customers park safely and efficiently, maintaining orderly parking areas, and assisting with general terminal needs.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Direct customers to available parking spaces during busy morning ferry departures.
- Monitor parking lots and close lots when they reach capacity.
- Ensure vehicles are parked properly and do not block other vehicles, driveways, or access areas.
- Assist customers with questions and provide friendly, professional service.
- Shuttle passengers by golf cart when needed.
- Remove garbage and help maintain clean parking areas at our Atlantic Highlands and Highlands ferry locations.
- Assist with other parking lot and terminal duties as needed.
Schedule:
- Part-time position, Monday through Friday.
- Approximately 5–6 hours per day.
- Typical shift is 6:00 AM–12:00 PM.
- Applicants should be dependable and comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
