About the Role
As Seastreak is growing and expanding into digital ticketing, we are seeking an Information Technology (IT) Manager to lead this new department. This hands-on role reports to the SVP of Operations and is perfect for a proactive professional who can set IT strategy, manage vendors, ensure security, and oversee our high-traffic public website.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage daily IT operations and vendor relationships
• Design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure
• Ensure server, network, and system security and performance
• Develop and enforce IT security policies and best practices
• Monitor vulnerabilities, conduct audits, and ensure compliance
• Oversee advertising technology (TVs, signage platforms)
• Manage onboard satellite internet networks
• Support digital ticketing technology with the Director of Ticketing
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field preferred
• Proven experience managing an IT department
• Strong background in IT infrastructure planning and development
• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks under pressure
