In addition to commuter services to and from Manhattan and New Jersey, we offer an array of special events, sightseeing cruises and tours, daytrips, and getaways year round.
Job Summary:
Seastreak is now hiring Customer Service Representatives to work in our Highlands, New Jersey office; additional hours in Atlantic Highlands and Belford are possible as well.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service, creating a positive impression for customers
- Selling tickets and making reservations by phone and in person, using an online booking system
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Answering phones
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Organizing passenger lines and scanning tickets as needed
- General office cleaning
- Other office tasks as assigned
Skills and Qualifications:
- High School diploma
- Experience in customer service (preferred)
- Must be able to obtain a TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential) after being hired. Certain felonies may exclude you from obtaining one
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to learn and successfully navigate an online reservation system
- Willingness to familiarize oneself with Seastreak’s current offerings and schedules to best assist customer
