Job: Adminstrative Assistant/Rental Inspector
Job description: The Administrative Assistant/Rental Inspector is a support position that works 3 days/week in off season and 5 days/week in summer to assist the office staff with overflow work as well as inspecting units prior to guest check-in and after check-out.
Responsibilities:
Adminstrative Assistant/Rental Inspector has the following responsibilities and duties:
Answering phone calls
Taking and delivering messages
Welcoming guests into the office
Clerical work such as sorting and sending mail and filing
Creating rental reservation packet and ensuring packet not picked up during the day are placed in the afterhours rental box.
Issuing parking passes
Inspecting units prior to check-in for cleanliness and amenities and after check-out for damages.
Inventory
Assisting with other office and rental issues as needed
Requirements:
High School Diploma
General computer skills and ability to learn new software
Physical requirements could consist of light lifting (25-35 lbs.) and moving quickly between buildings and units.
Compensation:
Hourly wage of $15.00
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
