Role Description
Seaspice Brasserie & Lounge is seeking a dedicated full-time Nightlife VIP Manager for its Miami, FL location. The Nightlife VIP Manager will oversee a personalized experience for high-profile and VIP guests, ensuring exceptional service at all times. The individual will manage VIP reservations, coordinate table assignments, and communicate with staff to honor guest preferences. Responsibilities will also include supervising operations, maintaining strong client relationships, and collaborating with marketing teams to promote the nightlife experience effectively. This is an on-site role that demands strong organizational and customer service skills within a fast-paced, upscale environment.
- Be sales and opportunities-driven: Drive in house sales by establishing a repeat customer base. Create new VIP clientele as well as cross promote membership club sales
- Manage all day-to-day VIP/club & membership operations with a focus on delivering a great guest experience; directing and supporting all staff members; and management of these crucial profit and loss revenue centers.
- Identify new ways to increase daily revenue, drive sales and improve profitability
- Oversee and work with GM on constant outreach and culturing of relationships with VIP ambassadors in and around Miami.
- Maintain social media programs applicable to the first and continuous contact with our guest. Open table, Single Platform, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter etc. This includes the weekly/monthly listing of new menu items, cocktails, events and or anything we deem newsworthy to our followers.
- Coordinate all VIP bookings for bottle and lounge service. Including plotting seating, pre ordering of F&B, music and entertainment
- Directly manage Bottle service department.
- Develop incentive programs to drive guest retention growth
- Organize monthly themed events or parties
- Develop revenue stream outline for our Gallery Space. Oversee Gallery events consisting of themed parties, DJ bookings, and any other potential plans.
- Oversee management of the reservation book to maximize daily covers. Including clear communication and teamwork with Events & Director of Service in the effort of this goal.
- Drive the front door experience
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and client relationship management skills, with a focus on providing high-end experiences.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage VIP bookings, table assignments, and on-site operations efficiently.
- Knowledge of hospitality and nightlife industry standards, including trends in guest services and event management.
- Proficient communication and interpersonal skills to lead staff and build rapport with clients.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and poise.
- Previous experience in a similar role within upscale dining, nightlife, or hospitality settings is preferred.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
