Role Description The Graphic Design Intern will support the creative team in developing visual assets that reflect Seaspice’s brand and enhance guest and event experiences. This part-time, on-site role in Miami, FL involves assisting with the design of digital and print materials such as menus, flyers, social media graphics, email templates, and event collateral. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and refining graphics, editing images, taking video for contents preparing files for production, and applying brand guidelines across various platforms. The intern will collaborate with marketing and operations teams, contribute ideas for visual campaigns, and help maintain an organized library of design assets.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to translate concepts into clear, appealing visual content.
- Proficiency in adobe Design and Branding to support consistent visual identity across all guest touchpoints.
- Experience with Image Editing using common design and photo-editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or similar tools).
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or certificate in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
- Solid understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and design best practices for both digital and print media.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset when working with cross-functional teams.
- Portfolio demonstrating design work, preferably including branding and hospitality or lifestyle-related projects.
