Responsibilities:

• Provide patient-centered care to pediatric clients, focusing on developmental milestones and individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care and optimal outcomes for patients.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to facilitate functional improvements in children.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment interventions.
• Continuously assess and modify treatment plans to meet the evolving needs of pediatric patients.
• Must have a degree or a certificate in Occupational Therapy from a school approved by AOTA.
• Must be licensed or license eligible as defined by the Illinois Occupational Therapy Act.
• EI/CFC certified or eligible.
• NBOTC certified
• Maintain current CPR certificate.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Must have a degree or a certificate in Occupational Therapy from a school approved by AOTA.
• Must be licensed or license eligible as defined by the Illinois Occupational Therapy Act.
• EI/CFC certified or eligible.
• NBOTC certified
• Maintain current CPR certificate.
• Strong background in pediatrics preferred with at least 1-2 years of experience.

The employee regularly types using a keyboard. Within the work environment, the employee is exposed to a computer screen and regularly works within an office environment. The employee is occasionally exposed to outdoor weather conditions and regularly works with the use of a personal vehicle. The employee will have contact with the public, which requires appropriate demeanor. The noise level in the work environment is typically moderate. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
