Seasons Therapy, a leading multidisciplinary state of the art pediatric clinic in Hinsdale, IL, is seeking an exceptional individual to join our vibrant and collaborative team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide patient-centered care to pediatric clients, focusing on developmental milestones and individualized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care and optimal outcomes for patients.
  • Utilize evidence-based practices to facilitate functional improvements in children.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment interventions.
  • Continuously assess and modify treatment plans to meet the evolving needs of pediatric patients.
  • Must have a degree or a certificate in Occupational Therapy from a school approved by AOTA.
  • Must be licensed or license eligible as defined by the Illinois Occupational Therapy Act.
  • EI/CFC certified or eligible.
  • NBOTC certified
  • Maintain current CPR certificate.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must have a degree or a certificate in Occupational Therapy from a school approved by AOTA.
  • Must be licensed or license eligible as defined by the Illinois Occupational Therapy Act.
  • EI/CFC certified or eligible.
  • NBOTC certified
  • Maintain current CPR certificate.
  • Strong background in pediatrics preferred with at least 1-2 years of experience.

● Highly developed verbal and written communication skills

Physical Demands and Work Environment: While performing job duties, the employee is regularly required to sit; bend; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and talk or hear. The employee is regularly required to reach with hands and arms. The employee is regularly required to stand and walk. Generally, employees must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds, however depending on the specific position and individual student needs, employee physical requirements may exceed the generally established weight limitation. Specific vision abilities required by this job include: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. The employee regularly types using a keyboard. Within the work environment, the employee is exposed to a computer screen and regularly works within an office environment. The employee is occasionally exposed to outdoor weather conditions and regularly works with the use of a personal vehicle. The employee will have contact with the public, which requires appropriate demeanor. The noise level in the work environment is typically moderate. The physical demands and work environment described are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
