What You’ll Do as a Cook:
Prepare and serve meals for residents in a long-term care setting
Follow therapeutic diets and texture-modified meal plans
Ensure food safety, sanitation, and compliance standards
Maintain a clean kitchen, dining areas, and equipment
Read and follow tray cards, menus, and dietary instructions
Support daily kitchen operations and team workflow
What We’re Looking For in a Cook:
Experience in cooking, food preparation, or healthcare dining preferred
Knowledge of sanitation guidelines and safety procedures
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Able to stand, lift (up to 50 lbs), and stay active throughout shift
High school diploma or GED
