At Seasons Psychotherapy Associates, we’re expanding our Florida offices and looking for passionate clinicians to join our team. Work both in-office and virtually with afternoon and evening availability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outpatient psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and couples.
- Maintain a part-time caseload of 15 sessions per week or a full-time caseload of 24 sessions per week.
- Ensure compliance with clinical documentation standards and best professional practices.
- Exhibit strong clinical acumen and competence.
- Demonstrate high professionalism within the field.
- Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Respect and integrate cultural diversity into case conceptualizations.
- Intervene decisively to protect patient safety when necessary.
- Manage time efficiently and document sessions promptly.
Requirements:
- A master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or Social Work from an accredited program.
- Eligibility to register as a Registered Clinical Social Worker Intern, Registered Marriage and Family Therapist Intern, or Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern by the Florida Board of Clinical Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, and Mental Health Counseling.
- Ability to work with children, adolescents, and couples.
- Availability to work at least two afternoons/evenings per week (3 PM - 8 PM) in-person at our Coral Springs office location in combination with day time in-office availability.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an outpatient practice setting.
- Experience managing a client caseload.
- Willingness to work flexible hours to meet client needs.
- Bilingual proficiency in English/Spanish.
