Responsibilities:
- Provide care and assistance to residents in a Personal care home setting
- Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Ensure resident rights are respected and upheld
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
- Assist with behavior management and support resident well-being
- Provide emotional support to residents and their families
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality care
Experience:
- Knowledge of caregiving systems and practices
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect resident privacy
- Experience in behavior management and de-escalation techniques is a plus
