What You'll Do
- Ability to perform routine visits utilizing effective therapeutic interventions
- Work with other disciplines to give the best care needed for each patient.
- Help decrease the need for re-hospitalization by being actively involved in the patient's plan of care to assess any changes that may be needed.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and complete clinical documentation in accordance with state, federal, and agency requirements.
- When appropriate teach and counsel family members about care and processes for disease/injuries.
- Attend orientation, meetings, and CEUs
What You'll Need
- Computer skills; must be able to work within EMR system.
- Must have current MI therapy license in good standing.
- Reliable auto and current auto insurance.
- Current CPR.
