We are seeking an organized, experienced, and dedicated Administrator with deep knowledge of the Great Lakes region and local referral sources to lead our team at our Portage, MI office.

The ideal candidate excels at ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and leading a team of multidisciplinary healthcare professionals. • Community Connection: Act as the face of Seasons Home Health Care in Portage, establishing strong relationships with local health systems, physician networks, and families.

Qualifications

• Leadership Experience: Minimum 3 years of administrative/management experience in a home health agency or healthcare facility (Required).
• RN License: Active, unencumbered Michigan Registered Nurse (RN) license (Preferred).
• Education: Bachelor’s degree required; BSN or Master’s in Healthcare Administration/Business preferred.
• Regional Knowledge: Deep familiarity with the Great Lakes region and established local healthcare referral networks.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of Medicare guidelines, quality assessment and performance improvement (QAPI), operations management, and exceptional leadership communication skills to foster a positive work environment.
