What You’ll Do

• Respond to on-call visits within a 50-mile radius of Victoria.
• Deliver high-quality hospice care after hours, including crisis intervention and death calls.
• Support families with compassion, guidance, and clear communication.
• Accurately document services in a timely manner.

What We’re Looking For

• Current RN license in Texas.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience (hospice experience preferred).
• Strong crisis intervention, communication, and customer service skills.
• CPR certification, valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation.
• A true heart for hospice care.
