What You’ll Do:

As Clinical Director, you will ensure patient care is coordinated, delivered appropriately, and aligned with hospice philosophy and regulatory standards.

You will:

• Review referrals and assess eligibility in collaboration with the Medical Director
• Assign, support, and mentor interdisciplinary clinical staff
• Conduct home visits, record reviews, and case conferences to ensure high-quality care
• Guide clinicians in establishing therapeutic goals and individualized plans of care
• Lead QAPI and performance improvement initiatives
• Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing staff development
  
  

This is a hands-on leadership role — not just oversight, but mentorship and clinical partnership.

Who You Are

• Licensed RN with current Oklahoma licensure
• Hospice or home care experience (supervisory experience preferred)
• Strong in pain and symptom management
• Grounded in hospice philosophy — comfort, dignity, autonomy, quality of life
• Collaborative and interdisciplinary by nature
• Knowledgeable in grief, anticipatory loss, and end-of-life dynamics
• A confident communicator who leads with clarity and compassion
