Responsibilities
- Assist with the installation and construction of hardscape features such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other landscape elements.
- Operate and maintain basic hand tools and equipment safely and properly, including shovels, rakes, spades, wheelbarrows, and similar tools.
- Follow all instructions provided by the Hardscape Lead and work collaboratively with team members to achieve project goals.
- Comply with all company policies and safety procedures at all times.
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance, including wearing company uniforms, work boots, and required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, stooping, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Be prepared to work around environmental factors such as bees, poison ivy, pollen, and thorns.
Qualifications
- No previous hardscape experience required; training will be provided.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Physically able to perform the demands of the job, including lifting, bending, and working outdoors.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Punctual, reliable, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
- Must present yourself in a clean and professional manner.
Offered compensation: $17/yr - $20/yr
