Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
• Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS system Toast
• Bartending and serving alcohol
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
• Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and cashiering duties
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, counters, and food prep zones
• Support food safety practices by following proper food handling procedures and sanitation guidelines
• Clear tables, bus tables as needed, and assist with general restaurant upkeep to ensure a tidy environment
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate order accuracy and timely delivery of food
• Engage with guests to answer questions about menu items, dietary restrictions, or special requests

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or quick service & fast food restaurants is highly desirable
• Familiarity with POS system Toast is a plus
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and retail math calculations
• Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures
• Experience in retail math or grocery store environments can be advantageous
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
• Culinary experience or restaurant experience will support success in this role

Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
