- Status: 1099 Independent Contractor
- Location: 100% Remote (Work from anywhere with a stable internet connection)
- Schedule: Fully flexible. You set your own hours—morning person or night owl, it’s up to you.
- Conducting initial assessments and developing personalized treatment plans.
- Providing evidence-based individual (and/or group/couples) therapy via a secure HIPAA-compliant platform.
- Maintaining timely and accurate clinical documentation (soap notes, treatment plans, etc.).
- Managing your own calendar and client volume based on your personal capacity.
- Licensure: Must hold a valid, unrestricted license
- Clinical Skill: Experience with evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, etc.).
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable navigating EHR systems and video conferencing tools.
- Professionalism: A private, quiet, and professional space to conduct confidential sessions.
