The Role at a Glance
As a 1099 Contractor, you are the CEO of your own schedule. You provide high-quality teletherapy to a diverse caseload, while we handle the backend logistics so you can focus on what actually matters: helping people heal.
- Status: 1099 Independent Contractor
- Location: 100% Remote (Work from anywhere with a stable internet connection)
- Schedule: Fully flexible. You set your own hours—morning person or night owl, it's up to you
- Conducting initial assessments and developing personalized treatment plans
- Providing evidence-based individual (and/or group/couples) therapy via a secure HIPAA-compliant platform
- Maintaining timely and accurate clinical documentation (soap notes, treatment plans, etc.)
- Managing your own calendar and client volume based on your personal capacity
- Licensure: Must hold a valid, unrestricted license
- Clinical Skill: Experience with evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, etc.)
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable navigating EHR systems and video conferencing tools
- Professionalism: A private, quiet, and professional space to conduct confidential sessions
- Independence: The self-motivation to manage your own caseload and administrative requirements
