Candidate Requirements

• Licensure: Must hold a full, active, and unrestricted clinical license allowing independent practice (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LPCC, PsyD, PhD) in at least one U.S. state
• Independent Practice: Must be eligible to practice without clinical supervision (associate-level or supervised licenses cannot be considered)
• Clinical Expertise: Demonstrated competence in delivering evidence-based psychotherapy, managing diagnostic evaluations, and completing defensible clinical documentation
• Technical Readiness: High-speed internet connection, secure HIPAA-compliant home office environment, and familiarity with telehealth platforms
