What You'll Do
- Direct Patient Support: Assist young patients with daily living activities and ensure a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment
- Mentorship & Role Modeling: Actively promote positive coping mechanisms, healthy routines, and social skills development
- Observation & Reporting: Monitor patient behavior, document vital signs, and report any changes or concerns to the nursing and PMHNP team
- Crisis Intervention: Provide immediate, supportive intervention as needed, under the direction of clinical staff
- We offer both full-time and part-time positions
- You must be available to work rotating shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends, within the hours of 7:00 AM and 9:00 PM
- Shift schedules will vary from week to week
- Impact: Play a direct role in the recovery and growth of our youth patients
- Team: Collaborate with a skilled, trauma-informed team of clinicians and nurses
- Urgency: Join a growing team dedicated to meeting the increasing need for youth behavioral healthcare
