What You'll Do
- Provide high-quality, empathetic, and evidence-based psychotherapy to individuals, couples, or families via our secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform
- Conduct initial assessments, establish personalized treatment plans, and monitor client progress
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation (intake notes, progress notes) within our user-friendly EHR system
- Manage your own availability and calendar through our platform
- Active, Unrestricted License: You must be fully and independently licensed to practice therapy in your state (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, LPC, LMHC, PsyD, or PhD). Please note: We cannot accept associate-level or provisionally licensed clinicians for this role
- Tech-Savvy & Remote-Ready: Comfortable navigating telehealth software, with a reliable high-speed internet connection and a private, quiet space to conduct confidential sessions
- Clinical Autonomy: Ability to work independently while maintaining high ethical and professional standards
- Malpractice Insurance: Must possess or be willing to obtain professional liability insurance
- 100% Remote: Work from the comfort of your home office, a cozy coffee shop (with headphones, of course!), or anywhere with a secure internet connection

Salary : $60,000 - $175,000
