Mandatory Qualifications:

• Must hold an active, unencumbered state PMHNP license
• Must be willing to operate as a 1099 independent contractor
• Must possess a current DEA license or be prepared to secure one prior to credentialing

• Proven competence in utilizing digital communication tools and remote health platforms
