PASTOR (B.S) or (M.S)

Seasoned Christian Ministry Church, led by Pastor Jacquelin Paul, is dedicated to supporting both the spiritual growth and practical needs of communities. Through messages of empowerment and education, the Church helps guide community members toward health, economic growth, and business ownership. Outreach initiatives include a food bank and clothing collection that serve local residents, as well as individuals in the Caribbean and beyond. Messages of hope and faith are shared through the Church's website and digital newsletter, extending their global impact. The organization seeks to uplift and provide solace to all in need.

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Pastor at Seasoned Christian Ministry Church, located in Miami, FL. The role involves leading worship services, delivering sermons, facilitating Bible study groups, and providing pastoral care to individuals and families. Responsibilities also include fostering discipleship within the congregation, mentoring church members, and participating in community outreach efforts. The Pastor will also collaborate with church leadership to develop and implement the Church's vision and mission.

• Proficiency in Bible Study and the ability to lead scriptural discussions
• Experience in Pastoring and providing Pastoral Care
• Strong skills in Pastoral leadership and effective communication
• Ability to guide and support Discipleship within the church community
• Commitment to serving the spiritual and practical needs of diverse communities
• Master of Science (M.S.) or Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Theology, Divinity, or a related field
• Experience in community outreach or mission-driven service is a plus
