Role Overview
We are seeking a Social Media Coordinator who will own our daily digital presence and community voice. This is an executional and creative role focused on posting, engaging, repurposing content, and supporting education initiatives. You will help manage SEASON34’s presence across all platforms, while also working with the team to produce training and FAQ videos (using tools like Synthesia) for consumers, retail clerks, and partners.
This is a hands-on role for someone who loves social media, storytelling, and wellness education, and who wants to grow in a startup environment where their work has immediate impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily posting and scheduling across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts.
- Repost and repurpose content across platforms to maximize reach.
- Actively engage with followers: comments, DMs, community groups.
- Coordinate with design and medical teams to publish educational content (FAQs, product explainers, training materials).
- Assist in producing training webinars and tutorials using AI video tools (e.g., Synthesia).
- Support Shopify community management (reviews, Q&A, consumer comments).
- Track and report on basic KPIs (follower growth, engagement, reach).
- Identify trending sounds, hashtags, and formats for Reels/TikToks.
- Support influencer and affiliate programs: reposting UGC, coordinating with creators.
- Assist in campaign launches with timely posting, monitoring, and reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1–3 years of hands-on social media management.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook best practices.
- Proficient with Canva (or similar) for simple edits and layouts.
- Excellent writing skills; able to adapt tone of voice to brand.
- Organized and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple channels.
- Passion for health, wellness, or women’s empowerment brands is a plus.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with AI video tools (e.g., Synthesia) or basic video editing (e.g., Canva).
- Experience with influencer/affiliate marketing programs.
- Shopify community management experience.
