What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in a high-volume breakfast or brunch environment
- Strong familiarity with reservation and waitlist systems (Toast, Resy, OpenTable, etc.)
- A naturally warm, upbeat, and welcoming personality
- Clear, eloquent communication skills—someone who speaks with confidence and professionalism
- A clean, polished, and professional appearance at all times
- Ability to stay calm, organized, and solution-oriented during peak volume
- Someone who takes ownership and pride in being the face of our restaurant
What You’ll Do:
- Greet every guest with genuine warmth and enthusiasm
- Manage reservations, walk-ins, and waitlists with efficiency and grace
- Communicate accurate wait times and set expectations with professionalism
- Maintain strong awareness of the dining room flow to support seamless service
- Handle high-volume situations with poise and positivity
- Represent Season’s commitment to hospitality in every interaction
