About the Role: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
LPNs at Season's Place play a critical role in maintaining the overall health and well-being of our residents. You will be responsible for medication management, monitoring health status, communicating with families and healthcare professionals, ensuring state regulatory compliance, and leading care teams with compassion and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Medication administration and documentation
- Fall prevention and skin integrity management
- Incident reporting and infection monitoring
- Completion of state-required assessments and wellness visits
- Coordination with physicians, families, and outside support services
- Training and supervision of care team members
- Adherence to Inspirit’s philosophy and care standards
- Emergency first aid and response
- Respect for resident privacy and confidentiality
Qualifications:
- Licensure: Current LPN license in good standing
- Testing: Pre-placement drug screening and criminal background check required
- Skills:
- Strong clinical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and time management
- A compassionate, team-oriented mindset
- Flexibility to support residents as needs arise
- Proficiency in English
