COMPANY OVERVIEW

Seaside Wealth Management, Inc. (Seaside) is an independent registered investment advisory firm that provides personalized financial planning and investment management services to individuals, families, and businesses. Our mission is to empower clients to achieve their financial goals and foster long-term relationships built on trust and integrity.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Seaside Wealth Management is seeking a Wealth Advisor, a tenured industry professional of high integrity and strong attention to detail with natural charm and a perfectionist drive, to partner with our Lead Advisors in delivering comprehensive financial planning and exceptional client experience. This individual will play a central role in maintaining and deepening quality, long-term relationships with our existing clients, contributing across the full planning process including data gathering, case design, scenario building, plan development, and implementation. The Wealth Advisor will be present throughout the client lifecycle, attending review meetings and client calls, with the expectation that through hands-on experience and sound planning recommendations, they will service these relationships directly. The right person is a proactive, amiable communicator who thrives under deadlines, juggles a variety of projects with accuracy and urgency, and brings a self-starter’s mindset to executing plans with the client's best interest always in the forefront. They do the right thing because it is the right thing to do, grow in confidence through experience, and feel a natural drive to equip clients with the accurate information they need to make sound decisions, all while accepting that even after doing their best, no advisor can remove every risk or uncertainty. Success in this role is measured by client retention, the strength of relationships built over time, and the natural deepening of wallet share that comes from being a trusted, indispensable second voice on every client's team.
