This is a fully autonomous, 1099 contractor role designed for the "hunter" who wants to own their own process under the Seaside Talent umbrella.You will be the face of a new approach to healthcare staffing. We are moving away from the volatile, high-cost contingency model and introducing a flat-fee Managed Services approach. This is an opportunity for a strategic seller to offer healthcare executives exactly what they've been asking for: budget predictability and a dedicated recruitment pipeline without the "per-hire" price tag.Essential FunctionsYou will operate as an autonomous business entity, responsible for the end-to-end sales cycle:Pipeline Development: Build and manage your own outbound strategy using your network and Seaside Talent's provided lead lists.Executive Engagement: Identify and qualify decision-makers (CEOs, HR Directors, Administrators) within healthcare organizations.Value Presentation: Educate prospects on our managed services model and how it integrates with their existing HR functions.Closing & Negotiation: Lead contract discussions and secure multi-month service agreements.CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of deals to ensure seamless commission payouts and contract attribution.Who You AreThe Closer: You have experience in B2B sales, specifically running a full sales cycle independently.Industry Savvy: Experience in healthcare or professional services is preferred.Self-Starter: You thrive in 1099 environments and have the discipline to operate without daily supervision.Strategic Communicator: You can navigate high-level negotiations and present complex service models with clarity.Why Partner With Us?Total Autonomy: Create your own schedule and work from anywhere.
