Seaside Pro Wash is hiring an Exterior Cleaning Technician in Charleston, SC. You'll operate pressure washing and soft washing equipment, interact directly with customers, and take pride in leaving every property looking its best. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a clean driving record are required.
Who You Are:
- You take pride in being professional, punctual, and presentable at every job site.
- You are reliable and show up on time, ready to deliver quality work.
- You are comfortable working at heights and on ladders up to 30 feet.
- You are able to work outside in most weather conditions.
- You are able to lift up to 50 lbs and work with your hands.
- You are able to work Monday through Friday with one weekend day of overtime.
- You are fluent in English and communicate clearly with customers.
- You bring a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and reliable transportation to our office in Mount Pleasant, SC.

What You Will Do Each Day:
- Perform soft washing, pressure washing, and exterior cleaning on residential and commercial properties.
- Clean surfaces including siding, roofs, windows, gutters, driveways, decks, and concrete.
- Set up and operate commercial-grade pressure washing and soft wash equipment safely.
- Mix and apply cleaning solutions per company standards.
- Protect plants, outlets, and sensitive surfaces before and during cleaning.
- Conduct a thorough walk-around with the customer upon job completion to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain and care for equipment, vehicles, and supplies.
- Represent Seaside Pro Wash professionally at every job site.
