Job Summary

Join Seaside Pop! as a Popcorn Pro and be at the center of one of the most fun snack experiences on 30A. Located in the heart of Seaside, Florida, this role is all about serving hot, fresh popcorn with great energy and genuine hospitality.

You’ll be running the trailer, popping corn throughout the day, interacting with guests from all over, and creating a simple but memorable experience. This is a hands-on, independent role where your attitude, attention to detail, and ownership of your shift make all the difference.

Duties

• Prepare hot, fresh popcorn using our house methods, oils, and seasonings to ensure consistent quality
• Operate POS systems (Square) for smooth and accurate transactions, including cash and card handling
• Deliver exceptional customer service—engage with guests, offer flavor suggestions, and create a welcoming vibe
• Maintain a clean, organized trailer at all times, following all food safety and sanitation standards
• Restock popcorn, seasonings, and supplies to keep service running smoothly throughout your shift
• Open and/or close the trailer, including setup, breakdown, and end-of-day cleaning
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs to keep the trailer fully stocked
• Work efficiently during busy beach and event rushes while staying positive and composed
• Take ownership of your shift—this role often requires working independently
• Make fresh squeezed lemonade to order

Experience

• Previous food service, food truck, café, or retail experience preferred
• Familiarity with POS systems like Square is a plus
• Comfortable handling cash accurately and responsibly
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable personality
• Understanding of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling practices
• Ability to work independently and stay productive without direct supervision
• Basic math skills for transactions, inventory, and daily reporting

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
