What You’ll Do

As a Back of House Team Member, you’ll play a crucial role in keeping our operations running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and organizing food items efficiently and safely.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and storage areas.
- Assisting with inventory management and restocking supplies.
- Following all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Supporting the team with any additional tasks to ensure a seamless operation.

What We’re Looking For

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- The ability to lift up to 40 lbs as part of your daily tasks.
- A Food Manager Certification (don’t worry—we can assist you in obtaining one if needed).
- A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset.
