Reservations Sales Agent - SEASIDE INN RENTALS, LLC
$14/hr. paid weekly - Full Time
Shift 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM

Job description - The Reservation Sales Agent will ensure that they are implementing training, giving the highest level of customer service to secure bookings, while staying productive while using Revinate Best Practices and MB Seaside Resort policies and procedures.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate, professional and courteous customer service for both guest calls and guest email correspondence.
- Follow company call standards and guidelines to ensure accurate booking, payments, and provide a tailored guest experience.
- Meet or exceed company set conversion goals, compliance goals, call recording scores and other all other goals set.
- Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures.
Requirements :
- Flexible schedule, including nights up to 10pm, weekends, and holidays a must
- Proven experience in a reservation sales or similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic Math skills required.
- Able to operate basic Microsoft and google suite applications with the ability to learn necessary technologies

- The successful candidate will consistently meet or exceed performance metrics, ensuring high-quality customer interactions, accurate record-keeping, and compliance with company policies
