Sales and Design Consultant

We're looking for a Design Consultant who's ready to work directly with homeowners to create smart, functional storage solutions—closets, pantries, garages, and more. You'll guide clients from the initial consultation through final design, offering solutions that make their daily routines easier and their spaces more efficient.

What You'll Do

As a Design Consultant, you'll work one-on-one with homeowners to understand their needs and turn those needs into clean, tailored designs. You'll manage the entire sales process, present solutions confidently, and ensure a smooth transition through installation.

Beyond individual clients, you'll also focus on sourcing new lines of business. This includes building and maintaining relationships with homebuilders, renovation contractors, interior designers, and design firms. You'll proactively identify opportunities, present our offerings, and position our services as a natural fit for their projects. This part of the role requires persistence, professionalism, and the ability to communicate value clearly.

This position blends design instinct, strong communication skills, and the drive to build meaningful partnerships—all while generating new business and closing deals.

What You'll Bring to the Table

· Strong Communication Skills: You excel in customer service and enjoy building relationships.

· Design Background: A degree or experience in interior design is a plus.

· Sales Experience: Previous work in sales or the furniture industry is beneficial.

· Project Management Skills: You can juggle multiple clients and projects smoothly.

· Motivation and Drive: You're self-motivated and focused on achieving goals.

· Knowledge of Space Planning: Familiarity with space planning and construction is a bonus.

· Experience with Custom Solutions: If you have experience with wardrobes or garage cabinets, that's a plus

· Ability to read plans/blueprints

Compensation

· Pay is commission-based after 3 months, with no cap on pay.

Requirements

· Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

· Design background or equivalent Degree a plus.

· License: A valid driver's license is a must.
