Seaside Commercial Cleaning Services is looking for reliable, detail-oriented cleaners to join our team. You'll play a key role in keeping commercial spaces, vacation rentals, and offices clean, sanitary, and welcoming. Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, offices, and other commercial areas
- Perform sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting
- Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces
- Remove trash and replace liners
- Restock supplies (paper products, soap, etc.)
- Handle cleaning equipment and supplies safely and efficiently
- Follow checklists and client-specific instructions
- Report any maintenance issues or supply shortages
- Ensure all cleaning is done to company standards and within timeframes
Requirements:
- Prior cleaning or janitorial experience preferred (but not required — training provided)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Physical ability to stand, bend, kneel, and lift up to 30 lbs
